Ice Cold Corona!!
This is one of my favorites so far! I was very happy with how it turned out! I was concerned about the shape of the cake, with it being narrow on the bottom and wider on the top. It was the first time I tried this and I was worried the sides might want to pull away! Thankfully, it held up well, and even travelled to the event with no issues! :)
It is Chocolate MMF with buttercream frosting underneath the "ice". Corona is real, part of the gift for the reciever..... ;) the sand is Brown Sugar, shells are chocolate, and the ice is melted and molded sugar!! :)
A Firefighter who loves Golf!
This cake was done for a Firefighter who loves to golf! It was for his birthday. Again, everything here is MMF or Buttercream. I wasn't sure how this one was going to turn out, as merging the two "hobbies" was a bit tricky. Didn't pull it off exactly as I had hoped, but I am happy enough with the outcome! I learn something new with each cake that I do, and use that knowledge to make the next one even better! :)
